Return & Refund Policy

Cancellation

You have the right to cancel your order before it has been shipped. To cancel your order, please contact our customer service team as soon as possible. Once your cancellation request is confirmed, we will process a full refund to your original payment method. Please note that if your order has already been processed for shipping, cancellation may no longer be possible, and you will need to follow our standard return procedure after receiving the item.

Returns

We accept returns within 30 days of the delivery date. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition as you received it, and in its original packaging. You must also provide the original receipt or proof of purchase. The following items cannot be returned:

  • Items that have been used, worn, or damaged
  • Items without the original packaging or tags
  • Personalized or custom-made products

To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. Returns without an RMA number will not be accepted. You will be responsible for paying the return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error (e.g., you received an incorrect or defective item).

Refunds

Once we receive your returned item, our quality control team will inspect it to verify that it meets our return policy requirements. Upon approval, we will initiate a refund to your original payment method. Please allow up to 10 business days for the refund to be processed. The time it takes for the refund to appear in your account depends on your payment provider's policies. Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven't received your refund within the expected timeframe, please first check with your bank or credit card company, as it may take some time for the refund to be posted to your account. If you've done this and still haven't received your refund, please contact us with the following information:

  • Your order number
  • The date of your return
  • The shipping method used for your return
  • Any tracking information available

We will investigate the matter and keep you informed throughout the process. If we determine that the refund was processed correctly but hasn't reached you, we will work with your payment provider to resolve the issue.
