Shipping Timeframe
Orders are typically processed within 1-3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). Delivery timelines vary based on your location and selected shipping method. While most domestic shipments arrive within the estimated window, international deliveries may require additional transit time due to customs clearance. During peak seasons or promotional events, processing times may extend slightly—rest assured, we'll notify you proactively if delays occur.

We offer the following shipping options:
Standard Shipping (10-15 Business Days): $0-$60
Free Shipping (10-15 Business Days): $60-$9999
Shipping fees are automatically calculated at checkout based on your order total and destination. Expedited shipping options may be available for select regions—check your cart for real-time rates.
Shipping Regions
We currently ship to over 50 countries across North America, Europe, Asia-Pacific, and select Middle Eastern markets. Unfortunately, we're unable to deliver to PO boxes, military bases (APO/FPO), or certain remote locations. During checkout, our system will validate your address and notify you if restrictions apply. Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you'll receive a confirmation email containing a unique tracking number and a direct link to monitor your package's journey. For consolidated shipments with multiple items, tracking updates may reflect partial fulfillment until all products are en route. If you haven't received tracking information within 5 business days, please check your spam folder or contact our support team.
Delayed or Lost Shipments
While rare, unforeseen circumstances like extreme weather or carrier delays may impact delivery schedules. If your tracking shows no movement for 7+ business days or the estimated delivery date has passed, email
luxeshoeluxex@gmail.com with your order number. Our logistics team will investigate promptly and coordinate solutions, including reshipments or refunds for confirmed lost packages (subject to terms).
Customs & Import Duties
International orders may incur customs fees, VAT, or other import charges determined by your local authorities. These fees are the customer's responsibility and are not included in your order total. We recommend consulting your country's customs office to estimate potential costs—some carriers may collect payments upon delivery. LuxeShoeLuxeX cannot reimburse these charges or adjust declared values on commercial invoices.
